Livery
We offer Full and Part Livery packages and optional extras to make sure your horses are incredibly well cared for.
Schooling
To hire any of our facilities, including show jumps, dressage arena, or cross-country, simply contact us. Keep in mind, your booking implies acceptance of our terms and conditions.
Catering
At all our competitions, attendees will have the opportunity to enjoy a variety of food and drink options, available for purchase.

Pachesham takes pride in offering both Part and Full Livery services, ensuring outstanding care for horses and ponies. As a family-run establishment with owners residing on-site, we provide round-the-clock care. Our livery packages, detailed below, are flexible and can be customized to meet your specific needs. Pachesham prides itself on a legacy of equestrian competition, where riders of all levels come to test their skill and celebrate the sport. Our calendar is rich with events ranging from the precision of dressage and the grace of showjumping to the daring of cross-country, all hosted at our exceptional facilities designed for peak performance. Whether you're entering the ring for the first time or chasing a personal best, our competitions are about more than just ribbons—they're about the thrill of the ride and the community that cheers you on.
Cross Country
Our course features a full range of jumps at various heights, along with a water complex, steps, ditches, and much more, all fully fenced for safety. With well-maintained grounds and jumps, our course is designed to accommodate riders of all skill levels, from beginners to experts. Are jumps are a mix of fixed & mobile obstacles
Dressage
Our facility boasts two full-size dressage arenas (60x20), complemented by a dedicated warm-up area. We host British Dressage events for all levels, in addition to unaffiliated dressage competitions, catering to a diverse range of equestrian enthusiasts.
Show jumping
We offer unaffiliated showjumping events suitable for all levels, featuring a full set of British Showjumping (BS) approved jumps. Additionally, there's a separate arena dedicated for warm-ups, ensuring a comprehensive and safe jumping experience for everyone involved.
Rules
Hunter Trials, including Eland Lodge, ODE's & Eventers Challenge will be run under BE rules
Unaffiliated Dressage, including Quest will be run under BD rules
Unaffiliated Show Jumping will be run under BS rules

Welcome to our website. If you continue to browse and use this website you are agreeing to comply with and be bound the following terms and conditions of use.Once you have completed your booking for any competition or book to hire any of our facilities you are deemed to have accepted all our terms and conditions!- Strictly No smoking in all areas of Pachesham
- All litter and Droppings must be removed
- No dogs allowed in any arenas and must be kept on a lead at all times
- Any children under the age of 16 must be supervised by an adult at all times
- Any personal property/ belongings including vehicles on the premises are left at their own risk, Pachesham is not responsible/ liable for any loss, damage or theft
- All persons entering the premises, Pachesham will not be held responsible for any injuries, incidents or accidents
- DO NOT leave horses/ponies UNATTENDED tied to the side of a horse box/trailer.
- No mucking out in the lorry parkWITHDRAWAL POLICY – SHOWSWithdrawals for shows must only be made to shows@pacheshamequestrain.com and must be 7 days before the booked date. This will then either be refunded as credit on the account (please contact us when you would like to use it) or a voucher will be created for you to then use with us at Pachesham at your chosen show (must be used within 1 year of the date of the original entry) these will not include the booking fee which is paid to our online entry agents. Any withdrawals before the 7 days will not be credited unless the withdrawal is made before times/ draws and a vet or hospital certificate is provided.PHOTOGRAPHY
On show days we will always have a photographer on site. photos/ videos may be used on all online platforms like instagram, Facebook and our website. Upon entering / attending Pachesham will assume individuals consent. If for any reason you do not consent to the above you must let the organisers know when entering the premisesHIRING OF ARENA/ FACILITIES
If you need to cancel you must let us know via email or the contact numbers provided within 24 hours of your allotted timeWhen hiring Arenas/ Facilities Pachesham is not responsible for any Accidents, injuries or incidents to any persons or animalIf you are on your own emergency contact details must be left before/ on arrival in the office or sent over when booking. We always recommend bringing an extra person incase of an accidentAny damage to Arenas, Facilities, Property and Equipment must be repaired/ replaced OR paid in full by the hirersIf payment has not been made beforehand, on arrival you must find a member of staff or call using the contact details provided on our website/Facebook before startingHirers must stick to allocated time slotsHorses are never to be let loose, lunged or loose schooled in any arenas at any time (unless given permission by the organiser)We always advise the hirers to check over the Arena/ Facilities and Equipment before using to ensure it’s been left in a safe condition
Any issues please make your organiser aware.Cross country jumps are a mix of fixed & mobile obstacles.All instructors using Pacheshams facilities MUST have their own insurance cover and first aid training. You may be asked to provide this.EQUIPMENT
Riding helmets must be warn when mounted at ALL times (we also advise wearing a riding hat when handling horses). Riding hats must have a correctly fitted chin strap and must meet the current British standard requirements. When on the cross country course a body protector must be warm at all times
